  • Chris Lundquist
    Chris Lundquist
    Division President of Verisk Financial LCI and G2
    Chris founded LCI in 1989 and has built the company into the leading innovator of credit risk analysis and bankruptcy management solutions for more than 1.3 billion accounts. He is a widely recognized expert in the credit risk industry, having published extensive research, analytics, and best practices focused on understanding at-risk consumer behavior. Chris has worked with industry executives and government entities to formulate new strategies, technologies, and legislative policies for credit risk management, bankruptcy process improvement, and financial counseling. In 1993, he led the effort to create the first comprehensive national bankruptcy database, delivering the first electronic bankruptcy notices to the financial industry. He also developed the first automated proof-of-claim filing system, the first comprehensive back-office bankruptcy notification solution, and the first Chapter 13 portfolio valuation model, securing three industry patents. In 2001, Chris founded the National Bankruptcy Research Center (NBKRC) to deliver highly accurate bankruptcy analytics daily. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with a primary focus on quality control and automation, and a master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on management information systems, database systems, and artificial intelligence, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
  • Manuel Quiogue
    Manuel Quiogue
    Managing Director of LCI
    Manuel has worked in the technology and credit risk industry since 1995, including leading enterprise implementations of LCI products within the largest financial institutions in the United States. His experience includes micro- and macro-level research and analysis in the areas of consumer account analytics, credit behavior, bankruptcy, and credit counseling. He has led the development and implementation of patented electronic document filing and financial modeling applications, as well as global implementations of multi-million dollar ERP systems, including Oracle Financials and Oracle HRMS. Manuel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he majored in economics, including studying organizational behavior under Nobel Laureate Oliver Williamson.
  • Rory Liebhart
    Rory Liebhart
    Managing Director of LCI
    Rory has over 15 years of experience in financial services, ranging from corporate finance and strategy leadership to debt and equity investment finance. Prior to joining LCI, he served as CFO for G2, responsible for corporate finance, accounting, human resources, and legal functions of the company as it transitioned from a founder-led business to a private equity-backed operating company to the eventual sale to Verisk Financial. Before Joining G2, Rory served as the director of Portfolio Management for B-Line, LLC. He has also held varied roles on the board of investment firms as well as worked as an independent consultant directing financing strategy for early stage ventures. Rory holds a master’s degree in business administration from Seattle University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.

    Dipti Patel
    Director of Product at LCI
    Dipti has more than 15 years of experience in execution of business strategy through her various leadership roles held at LCI. She leverages her data analytics, information systems, and management experience to effectively provide technology solutions to clients in the financial industry. In her most recent role, she was responsible for managing and delivering new products to market, program management, and interfacing with key business partners. Dipti holds a master’s degree in computer management and a master’s degree in information systems from California State University, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from V.P. & R.P.T.P Science College in India.
  • Chuck Lundquist
    Chuck Lundquist
    Vice President of Business Development of LCI
    Chuck has over 15 years of experience in market growth, product line extension, and account management, most recently developing partnerships with loan servicing systems across multiple verticals. He has implemented dozens of clients on LCI products, working closely to improve inefficient processes, reduce risk, increase productivity, and reduce bankruptcy related costs. Prior to joining LCI, he spent a decade in the travel space, leading the rebranding and then merger of the two largest land-based sightseeing operations in San Francisco. His experience involves negotiating key strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies including Expedia, Merlin Entertainments, and Disney. Chuck holds a master’s degree from Hult International Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.
